Vienna Beef hot dog, nestled in a steamed poppyseed bun, and covered with a wonderful combination of freah toppings, yellow mustard, bright green relish, fresh chopped onions, juicy red tomato wedges, a kosher-style pickle spear, a couple of spicy sport peppers and finally, a dash of celery salt.

Wings on da Yard!


Traditional Buffalo wings are fried but we love the flavor of smoke, so cooking them on the grill to insure that smoky flavor is right up our alley.  Marinated overnight in our signature hickory smoked dressing and cooked over a moderate flame so that those essential fats render out leaving the skin nice and crispy.


Your choice of four delicious flavor of sauces to amp up the taste journey you’re about to travel, from Honey Hickory Smoked BBQ, Tangy & Sweet Teriyaki, Parmesan Lemon Garlic, and Tangy Yet Slightly Spicy Buffalo.

Bucket O Bones

Again we do not shy away from our marinade, one of the most important factors of an exceptional meal if you ask us. Drenched in our signature marinade over night and slowly smoked over Hickory and Apple Wood for 4 hours would be the creation of a dream come true, and it did. After smoking is complete, we look for that perfect pink ring on the edges from the concentration of smoky flavor, curing the meat to perfection and leaving our ribs tender and full of expression. They’re almost tasty enough to eat without any sauce. Mmmmm… Those Bucket O’ Bones!
